Half Fare Card

My wife used to have a half fare card but it expired, is there a link which can be provided to simply renew it online?  I find many web pages but I simply want to enter her half fare card details and then a card to pay it, nothing else

Thank you for your question.

If your wife already has the SwissPass Card, she can buy the new half fare card on The Half Fare Travelcard on the SwissPass | SBB.

Alternatively she can buy the half fare card at the ticket counter SBB.
