Franco-Swiss Anniversary Deal - Standard Tickets

Hello! We bought tickets last month under the 40 years Franco-Swiss Anniversary Deal. At that time, we were really confident that we can spend a few days in Paris so we just bought standard tickets (non flexible) thinking it was the best deal for our plans. Now that the Corona virus situation is severing with a new variant of concern, our hesitation is also increasing. In the event of another lockdown and border closing, is there a way to refund these types of tickets? Or no chance at all? Have you had a similar experience? Thanks.

Hello @Iakyn

Thank you so much for your question.

Those tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. It was a special offer and there were these conditions to accept when purchasing such a good deal.

Thank you for your understanding.

Regards
