First Name and Middle Name were combined in my Swiss Travel Pass Flexi

SOLVED

Hi everyone, I booked my 15-day Swiss Travel Pass Flexi via a third party, Klook. I happened to put my first name and middle name together in the first name input box (eg: "George Curtis"), but in my generated ticket, my first name was combined to become "GeorgeCurtis" (the space is missing).

The activated ticket doesn't have my passport number, but my birthday and last name are correct. In this case, would I need to rebook my travel pass? Would I be able to contact SBB directly to ask for assistance? I would really like to avoid getting into trouble with the train authorities.

Thank you in advance.

Hello @igol30

This is all fine, your Swiss Travel Pass from Klook is valid for travel as all important information is given. The e-ticket does not bear your passport number, that's correct.

Happy travel.

Hi @RolandP , thank you for the swift reply. As I've seen other community posts, could I check that the important information you've mentioned are the Last Name and Birthday? Cheers!

Hello @igol30

Last name and First name, no matter if Middle name was added, too. And the Date of Birth.

Best regards,
Roland

Thanks @RolandP! Thank you for your response to my main question as well. I've noted that it's alright if my first name and middle name were combined without the space, as long as my first name, last name, and birthday are correct. Have a good day ahead!

Being a SBB ticket inspector myself, and based on our discussion, I can assure you that you will not encounter any issues; all relevant data is there.

Welcome to Switzerland and have a good time here (and hopefully, decent weather 🙂 )

Hi Ronald, I have a similar question. I bought a saver day pass and half fare card today. I entered first and last name, date of birth and country correctly. However, online form didn't have middle name. Thus, I didn't enter it. My passport has first name and middle name as given name. Do you think it would work or do I need my saver day pass and half fare card corrected? Please advise.
