Family card

I’ll be travelling to Switzerland with my 10 year old son.

If I buy the 4 day travel pass for 281 CHF for myself how do I get the free travel pass for my son?

Or is there a separate family card I need to buy?

Thank you for your query.

Children from the age of 6 up to their 16th birthday accompanied by at least one parent travel free of charge with the “Swiss Family Card”. The accompanying parent must hold a valid STS ticket.
