Fail to purchase ticket from Zermatt to Klein Matterhorn

I have been trying to book tickets from Zermatt to Klein Matterhorn in Late May, but it keeps giving message "Unfortunately, the selected offer is not available. Please choose another product". Can someone advise, whats the solution to this?
