Fail to buy online cable ticket from Zermatt to Klein Matterhorn

When I search to buy ticket from Zermatt to Klein Matterhorn online, the website showed a list of available timeslot, however, when I try to buy it, it showed "Unfortunately, the selected offer is not available. Please choose another product or contact Support." Is the cable car closed during that period?
