I'm trying to use your online form to process the Refund Request for my tickets for 12/23 and 12/30 that I am no longer able to use due to my trip being canceled. Everytime I submit the form it get "Error occurred when processing". How can I make this request go through??

Calling an international number is not always possible or straightforward.
Is there an online channel/e-mail/postal address that can be used? I just wish to submit the information which I've been unable to do online.
[I've tried three different browsers on two computers, cleared cookies, but still get the same error message "An error occurred when processing" - without any explanation as to what is causing the error.]
