You have to see a counter at the station to have it rectified.

Who do I send an email to? Also, we are boarding the train in Milan and I haven't seen that there are any SBB offices outside of Switzerland.

I entered the wrong birth year for my husband on the tickets I just bought from Milan to Zurich (date and month are correct) and there don't seem to be any SBB occies in Italy. Will he be able to travel with the ticket? If not, how can we get corrected without paying money for refund?

That's not an issue as long as the year of birth is concerned only.
