Entered wrong Birthdate.

I entered the wrong birthdate for myself and my family. How do I update my tickets after they've been purchased?

You have to see a counter at the station to have it rectified.

Hi kbraatz, 
During our trip to Europe in April, we found an SBB office at their Genève train station. We provided her with my son's passport, the train ticket, and an email from the Community Mailer, which advised us to visit the SBB office in the first place (his birthday was off one day). The problem got solved. 
I would recommend you write an email to the SBB Community Mailer. Hopefully, at some point, someone will write back to you and tell you what to do. We booked the tickets very long ahead of our trip so we had enough time to wait for an email to answer our question.

Who do I send an email to? Also, we are boarding the train in Milan and I haven't seen that there are any SBB offices outside of Switzerland.

I entered the wrong birth year for my husband on the tickets I just bought from Milan to Zurich (date and month are correct) and there don't seem to be any SBB occies in Italy. Will he be able to travel with the ticket? If not, how can we get corrected without paying money for refund?

That's not an issue as long as the year of birth is concerned only.
