Double payment AG and Half Fare travelcards

How do I get money back for the period when I was paying my AG and Half Fare travelcards at the same time?

In the locale SBB train station I've been told that I can file only via a form online, but it's impossible to find it.

Thank you for getting back to me. I think the link you shared is only regarding refund on tickets.

I wish to file a refund for period of 6 months when I had Half Fare Travelcard active but I wasn't using it because I started a GA Monthly Bill contract.

I've tried using chat but keep getting message to rephrase the question. And to be fair SBB number would have been an option if it was a free of charge number.
