No. The Swiss Travel Pass is only valid in Switzerland.
The "Swiss Tour bus" is a private company and has nothing in common with the Swiss public transport system.
However, tge Swiss Travel Pass is valid on the railway from Martigny to Chamonix, as far as Le Châtelard-Frontière.
