Delay Compensation for International Traveller

Hello, I'm not sure where to ask/post. My wife and I were travelling from Zurich to Salzburg and were delayed 4 hours. I found the online form, completed it, but do not have a Swiss Bank Account/IBAN, as we are Canadian. I could not find an email address to ask costumer service @ SBB...what can I do?

You will be able to find contact form in SBB's app, simply go to profile - help and feedback - contact form. You will receive answer by email.

Unfortunately, there is no official e-mail-adress for the costumer service. The costumer service is available via phone Tel. +41  848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) (available 24/7, sometimes you may be required to wait)
