Credit Card not processing

I keep getting this error message: "The payment could not be finalised. Please check your card details."

I've tried entering my name in different ways.  Entering different addresses, and in different configurations. Even trying different Credit cards.  Bit of a loss at the moment.

Thank you for your question. 

Please create a SwissPass Login ( and afterward log in into the SBB App or the website using your credentials. 

Save your credit card as a payment method and tray the purchase again: usually it is best to buy tickets with the SwissPass Login instead of as a guest. 

If this does not work, please check with your bank.
