I have read this page but I thought that it meant that I was entitled to compensation for the additional train tickets that had to be bought for the connection with the italian train company Frecciarossa. If this is the case I was wondering which form I should fill in to request the comensation? Thank you
The way I see it, this is a case of "International passenger rights | SBB" and you should contact our customer service directly, as they are responsible for this matter.
