Commuting advice

I'll  be moving to Switzerland soon and be commuting from Basel central station to Stein-Säckingen everyday. Can anyone recommend the best travel card to buy for this commute and do the travel cards work on all trains? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you Melanie, this is most helpful. I thought this looked a good option but there were so many different choices that it is good to get a 2nd opinion!
