Change of Country in Ticket

Good day,

I bought a Swiss Half Fare Card : Order number 114983743.

The ticket under the name of Lim CT (OT 4661 5600 2823).

Can I request to have the Country changed to Malaysia?

I am a permanent resident in Singapore and when I bought this card online, it requested for my country of residence and not my Nationality. My passport which I am holding is Malaysian passport. I am concerned this may be of issue as I will be arriving in Zurich on 8/10/2017. The passport number is correct.

Hi @ctlim86

I can't customize the ticket for you. I can cancel the wrong ticket exceptionally with CHF 10.00 fees and you can buy a new ticket for Lim CT (OT 4661 5600 2823) with the correct country. The refund will be made on the same credit card with which you bought the tickets.

Good day,

I have actually emailed SBB about this and they replied the same solution.
I am alright with this solution. However, it has been a week and it has not been credited back to my card. I was wondering if everything is still ok?
