Hi, my flight has been changed one day ahead but I already booked the Swiss Pass online. Is there any chance for me to change the date?
What is the SwissPass Card? From what date is it valid and for how long? If you booked it from Klook you must contact Klook.
@DafineM I am quite certain, @Jojocelyn7 meant the Swiss Travel Pass.
@Jojocelyn7 Did you buy the Swiss Travel Pass with SBB or any other agency?

Did you order a subscription or is this just about the SwissPass card? The best way is to contact our Contact Center by phone on the following number +41848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).
If you need your transit card for the train journey, you can ask for it at a staffed SBB counter.
