Cannot book ticket from Interlaken Ost to Milan Central

I cannot book tickets for 3 from Interlaken Ost to Milan Central (through Spiez).  Please advise.  It shows low capacity so that should not be an issue.  Thank you.

Yes, you will still get a reduction on the Swiss part of your trip if you have a discount card. You will be asked for your discount card in the step personal details of your orders.

The booking system for trips to and from Italy was interrupted in the last few days. Therefore it was not possible to make bookings. The error has been fixed in the meantime and bookings are possible again.

I tried to book the tickets today from Interlaken Ost to Milano Centrale and the sbb portal keeps throwing an error message that the tickets cannot be booked online. I tried different trains with different dates and still see the same error. Can you help out?

Do I still receive a discount for the Swiss portion of travel?  I do not see discount code when making reservation.  Thank you.

It might be the specific train you tried to book was sold out as in Italy here will be a mandatory seat reservation, a simple check can be made by searching on the Italian operator trenitalia's website or trainline, the EC with no seat reservation left will be shown as grey-out in the list, if you try to book from Interlaken to Domodossola most likely you will be able to get your ticket. in this case you can change to regional service at domodossola, here will be hourly regional service to Milano Centrale and Milano Porta Garibaldi. you will need to buy the ticket separately via Italian operator's app or at the station of domodossola.
