Cancellation/Refund of Swiss Travel Pass

Hi, I want to know that- if I want to cancel a Swiss Travel Pass and want the money refunded, do I have to show a reason for that?

Thank you for your request. 

Tickets are only refundable if returned to the issuing office before the first day of validity. You can find more information about partial refund here (proof of reason needed): Miscellaneous Provisions Swiss Travel System | Switzerland Tourism (myswitzerland.com).
