Can I send luggage station to station with half fare card (but no train ticket)?

I will spend 2 weeks in Switzerland.

First week, I will travel with SBB train with a Half-fare card, plus train tickets. I will be using station to station luggage sending services.

Second week, I will be driving with a compact car, and cannot hold all luggage with the car. My Half fare card is still valid. If I need to travel from Bern to Lucerne (I have no train ticket because I am driving), can I use the station to station service to send my luggage from Bern to Lucerne?

Thank you for your query.

Yes, that is possible with a Half-Fare travelcard (valid for 1 year).  The luggage may only be presented with a valid ticket for the whole route or a SwissPass GA/Half-Fare travelcard and annual travelcard (GA travelcard, point-to-point travelcard, Half-Fare travelcard (1, 2 or 3 years), regional travelcard, travel discount for SBB employees, Track 7, inter-regional travelcard).
