Buying Single Tickets

ello everybody,

I am in possession of a gift card ("Geschenkkarte") which I would like to redeem by small amounts any time I need to buy a single ticket. Would this be possible in any of your platforms?

I have already tried to introduce the code I have in "E-voucher / Promotional code" section when paying in your webpage, however it seems not to be the right place.

Hello @JarvisForster 

You can only use the gift card at a SBB counter or at a ticket vending machine. If you want to buy tickets, you have to go directly to the train station. You can also buy tickets in advance, so you don't have to go to the ticket office every time.
