Business Ticket and Halbtax loaded in mobile app

I have loaded my halbtax in the mobile app. Hence, when I buy tickets directly from the app, I don't have to carry my SwissPass.


Moreover, my company buys the tickets on my behalf when I am going to business trips.


Is there a way to add my swiss pass number in the ticket that is purchased from my company so I don't have to carry my SwissPass card?

For technical reasons, it is sadly not currently possible to store your travelcard customer number directly in the SBB Mobile Business app.

We expect to rectify this by the end of 2017. Until then, please show your travelcard to the member of the train crew.

I have the impression I couldn’t find it in the business app (which by the way would deserve to be aligned with the public one for design and functionality).

@GC1 I think my issue has been solved, as they don't ask for my halb-tax during the in-train check any more.

However, the travelcard is still not shown in the Travelcards summary on the Swisspass website.
