Hi,
My name is Beatriz, and yesterday I have mistakenly bought a ticket from Buchs SG to Zurich Flughafen and would like to know if an exchange is possible. Since I bought it as a guest, I tried to filled the refund form before the 30 minutes after the purchase. But I do not know if I will get a response from that.
This is going to be my first time in Zurich, and in Switzerland. I booked this trip, to settle everything up, so I can move in in the begining of July and now I am struggling with buying train tickets.
I do not know if this is the best approach to have a response back from you, but the order number is XXX and the ticket ID is XXX. I know that I bought the Supersaver ticket, but I would really appreciate if you could help me with an exchange or a refund so I can buy another ticket.
The ticket that I bought is for 30/05 and the journey that I really need is for 31/05, at the exactly same time. Given that and since there is still some time left, would it be possible to help me on this situation?

Supersaver tickets purchased with a login can be refunded/exchanged online free of charge within the first 30 minutes after the time of purchase. After this period has expired, or if you have purchased a Supersaver Ticket without logging in, it will not be exchanged or refunded.
If you cannot keep the booked connection of the Supersaver Ticket, you have the option of buying a ticket at the normal fare (no Supersaver Ticket) for the same day. We can only refund tickets with the completely identical route and class. For the refund of the Supersaver Ticket, we charge a deductible of CHF 10. The conditions of sale at sbb.ch/sparbillette provide you with detailed information.
