Bought Saver Day pass with the Half Fare but cannot see the Half Fare Card?

I bought the saver day pass + half fare card combination. I thought I would also receive a half fare card with this purchase, but I only see the saver day pass ( the 50% discount has been applied) when I open my ticket copy.

Should I have received 2 tickets (a day pass AND a half fare card) or just 1 ticket (the saver day pass at a 50% discount)?

If you have a Half-Fare Card, you have the possibility to buy a reduced day pass. Otherwise you would have to buy the saving day ticket without discount.
The best way is to contact our customer service on +41848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min). Our agents can check in the system if you already have a Half-Fare Card or not.
