Any GA 2nd class discount for non-profit organization employees?

Hello,

I work for a humanitarian agency in Geneva that is registered as a non-profit organization. Certain airlines offer special humanitarian fares and I wondered whether SBB had anything similar?

I live near Zurich and work in Geneva 2 days a week, so an annual GA travelcard seems to be the best option.
