Tickets not show in app or email

I bought tickets in website with sbb account log in. And I got an email confirmed my order, but no QR code in email, so I can't print it.

Then I register SwissPass and link SwissPass to sbb account. But the tickets still not show in SBB Mobile app.


And here is one more thing. I reversed my family name and first name. Will it be a problem?

Tickets that you have purchased without logging in will not appear on the SBB Mobile App. You will always receive this, including the QR code, by e-mail only. When completing your purchase, always check your e-mail address to ensure that you receive the tickets. Also always check your spam folder.

In future, you will be able to buy tickets with a login. You can also log in to the SBB Mobile App. All tickets will now appear here.
