Ticket purchase Fail

Hello, when I try to purchase a ticket it continually says “an error occurred while processing your query”. 

This happened yesterday and I thought I would try again today with no luck. The tickets are super saver and the ticket price has already increased so I am eager to get this resolved quickly. 

I have checked the expiry data of my card and this is not the problem.
