Hi all, thanks to this subreddit was able to figure out the best pass for my trip to Switzerland. I want to set it on as a mobile ticket in the app, I have a SBB account but I'm unable to make a Swiss Pass account as it keeps asking for my customer number. As I only have the paper PDF, I don't see a customer number on there. I've tried the numbers that are on there with no luck. I also wanted to reserve some seats on a Golden Pass train, which I don't know if I can do if I don't have the Swiss Pass account.

If you have a provisional SwissPass on paper, the customer number should be noted below the birthday. The customer number is 10 digits in this format: xxx-xxx-xxx-x.
You can also contact the Contact Center at 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) to inquire about your customer number.
