I just tried purchasing a return ticket on the SBB app, but was told the transaction was declined. I tried twice more before giving up and using a ticket machine. However, my bank account is showing that my account has been debuted 4 times for the same ticket (3x via app and 1x via machine). No electronic tickets are showing in the ‘my trips’ section of the app. I am significantly out of pocket- what do I do? Thanks
