For some reason I keep getting this error even after I logged in. This makes the app useless. I've already reinstalled the app but it didn't help. What should I do?

Looks like the keystore is not working correctly on the device and therefore the tokens are not stored. Therefore I recommend you to log in again after some time. This is probably due to the installed OS. There is nothing we can do here.

I've never seen this error before the last sbb app update. Now i see this frequently, especially when i'm on the train and therefore offline. For personal reasons, i enjoy being offline when traveling. This is really a showstopper issue. Meanwhile, i'll buy my tickets on the vending machines like in the old days. Dear SBB - thanks for looking into this issue!
Same Problem here - verified on multiple devices:
-> People without internet cannot show their purchased tickets to the conductor!!
