Today I reserved 3 Ticket
(From grindelwald 15.02.2018 To Milano 15.02.2018)
and i already paid 216CHF. (Samsung card/Master card)
But I can not found my ticket in website or Mobile App.
Please Check my ticket and reply to me.

If you have placed an order without logging-in, we require the following particulars:
- What are the first six digits and the last four digits on your credit card?
- E-Mail address (with which you have ordered the Online Ticket):
- Order date:
- Name of orderer:
Please send this information to ticketshop@sbb.ch.
If the order was placed by logging-in (recommended) under www.sbb.ch/en - Login, then the Online Ticket is still at your disposition. In case the just placed order cannot be found under "Orders", then the order did not take place and we have subsequently not debited your credit card. You may open and print the relevant ticket anew at any given time.
