Missing ticket in mobile app

I bought a ticket from Zurich to Milan and return. I see the return ticket in the app (from Milan to Zurich), but not the ticket out (from Zurich to Milan). I bought the ticket in one transaction, and I paid for both together when I obviously was logged in otherwise I wouldn't see the return ticket either. 

How can I add it to the app?

This is strange, please call our colleagues at the SBB Contact Center and let them know your order number - so they can look for the ticket. The number is 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min).
