I had an issue that is not in this list. I bought a ticket, the payment passed but your system told me the time expired (it was probably 30 seconds for the payment to be done, I don't know what timers you use).
There is no category of system error. How can I enter my claim for refund?

A few hours after the incident I got my money back by the system. My bank sent me a notification of erraneous payment being transferred back.
We're all good now.
