Error XVA-1001

I opened the app. It asked me to update the app. I clicked yes. I chose my journey. Then I went to buy a ticket. The ticket options did not show. It timed out with error code XVA-1001. Tried again repeatedly. Please help.

This error message appears when the connection cannot be recovered due to network problems. Causes may vary. We recommend that you try again.
