Booked wrong train time

I’ve literally just booked the wrong train time.. can I get that refunded so that I can purchase the correct time?

If you bought a supersaver ticket and you travel on another date or train, a new ticket is required.

Then please fill in the following online refund form: www.sbb.ch/en/refund.
