Whenever I try to purchase a ticket on the SBB app it comes up 'Unknown Error' and that I need to report to a ticket office to purchase.
I tried to check my payment details but it also comes up 'Unknown Error'.
I deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing came up.

We had a technical problem yesterday morning. However, this should have been solved. If it still does not work, please contact the online support ticketshop@sbb.ch. Please send a photo/print screen of the error message.
