When I try to add a new payment method on the SBB app, it shows DTR 1403 error.
but from the bank authorization, everything is successfully done.

Thank you for your question.
This error code means “transaction declined without any further reason” and it is shown when
the test transaction made by our partner company fails.
You can try saving your credit card directly under www.sbb.ch after loggin in with you personal account: it will be automatically available in the SBB App as well.
If this does not work, please contact your credit card company.

Hi, I cannot add any payment method. Tried different amex and different visa. Call all the banks and transactions didn’t even reached the system so the limitation is on the platform. What can we do?

It is possible that some credit cards from foreign banks are not valid on the SBB Mobile application.
We do not have any additional information (data protection), please ask your bank directly.

I have some problem show DTR-1403, I had been asked my bank, they said their system is okay. Even I used internet added the card, but it didn't work. So what can I do for using the card?

The error indicates that the card is rejected. The reason is not visible to us.
