Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
Since a couple of days the SBB app is not working on my mobile when searching train connections, because of a SSL error.
Checking this in detail it seems that this is due to the fact that the hostname active.vnext.app.sbb.ch uses a SSL certificate issued by "*.sbbmobile.ch", that is not a trusted one.
Best Regards
Andrea
Hello @Christian29
This error message appears if the desired train is not found in the timetable. Often this is because a filter has been set. Please check the extended search in the timetable.
I wish you a relaxing weekend.
Kind regards, RahelW
CFF app on my iPhone that I am using very regularly, including yesterday morning, seems to be out of order today , with an error code FIS-1006 appearing on the screen. It has been like this for the past hour, despite internet connection working fine on my phone as tested with Safari.
Hello, thanks for your reply but here I’m talking about the iOS app on my phone not on my computer. And the issue is due to the fact that the SSL certificate is issued by a non standard CA.
best regards
