I suspect the problem was the general disruption yesterday with SBB Mobile Application. Normally, if you haven't received the ticket it is not debited your credit card. Please check today in the evening again your creditcard details if the amount is still debited on your credit card.
For the problem with the personal and payment data, I recommend you to delete the application once and download it again. If this not doesn't help, please contact our Online Support: firstname.lastname@example.org / 0848 030 030 (Mo-Fr 09.00-18.00 / Sa-So 09.00-12.00 & 13.30 - 16.30).
