Hi! I have a problem with the SBB mobile.

I was buying a ticket and at the end of the process it said "ticket failed". Since then I'm not able anymore to see my personal data and my payment methods. I checked in my bank account and it charged me for the ticket. 

How can I get this ticket? and solve this problem?

Thank you for your request.

I suspect the problem was the general disruption yesterday with SBB Mobile Application. Normally, if you haven't received the ticket it is not debited your credit card. Please check today in the evening again your creditcard details if the amount is still debited on your credit card.

For the problem with the personal and payment data, I recommend you to delete the application once and download it again. If this not doesn't help, please contact our Online Support: / 0848 030 030 (Mo-Fr 09.00-18.00 / Sa-So 09.00-12.00 & 13.30 - 16.30).
