entering zip code on mobile app

Hi

I just purchased a Swiss Pass and want to register it on the mobile app. It tells me to check my entries and I suspect it is the zip code it is not happy with. I enter the zip code as on my account but it still does not recognize this.

In this case I would recommend you to visit a staffed SBB counter or please contact the Contact Center at 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) - from abroad +41 51 225 78 00 with your request.
