Hi everyone, I just purchased a single ticket from Albisriederplatz to Obergartrenstrasse, Gattikon and something very funny happened. I could not see any status/details for any bus or train after selecting the ticket (holla error message). This most definitely seems a bug within the application, so I hereby ask @sbb to investigate and fix this. I restarted the application (first closed it and as the problem persisted I terminated it) then I rebooted my phone, but there was no improvement. All other applications had internet access, even this very SBB application had internet access (searching for directions again and going into details from the route planner (not from the ticket) would work just fine. Then again, going into details through the ticket returned same error. I am asking whether any other customers had this problem because it is very frustrating, especially for someone that doesn't know the routes (first time along this way)
im facing same issue then i call them and they fix it very soon. Great customer support..

Thank you for your feedback on how to improve the SBB Mobile App. The best thing to do is to send your ticket and screenshots of the connections and errors via e-mail to ticketshoop@sbb.ch. We will be happy to check the discovered error on the SBB Mobile App.
