account login error

Hi, today I'm having difficulties logging into my existing swisspass account (on the phone and from laptop). I'm also unable to complete registration for my wife's new account from her phone. For example, my computer displays the below error... Is there an issue with SBB site today or is it something on my side? How should I fix this? Thank you very much!
