The app only works under WiFi, not under G4. The above message appears and a note that there is no internet connection. However, all other apps can easily access the Internet.
The SBB Mobile App also works with the mobile data of your mobile phone subscription. Please check in your mobile phone settings if the mobile data are activated for the SBB Mobile App.
