Where is the QR reader on the app?

I wanted to report a wc issue on the S5 11:09 zurich hb-zug, like it says on the sticker of the wc but I can't find the qr reader on the app. Issue: tap not working

It’s an old sticker. There is no QR-Reader on the new app. You can use another QR-Reader App to get a link to our website, or you can use the following link: http://m.sbb.ch/en/my-station/toilet-problem/form.html
