Betreff: Want to cancel 1/2 card valid for 1 month

Today I bought 2 1/2 fare travel cards valid for one month.  Unfortunately I did not notice the validity dates were from today.  We won’t be in Switzerland until August.  How do I cancel and get a refund?

I think you should not cancel your card because the next time you come to Switzerland again, will you not need this card then you have to make new one.

Normally the refund is only possible before the validity. In this case I recommend you to call our Contact Center: +41512257800.
