I have bought a swiss pass from the website on Aug.8th. After I had just placed the order, it was being cancelled(I don' t know whether it is automatically or by my mistake), the money will be refounded due to the Email I have received. However until now I do not receive my refound. So I am wondering whether my order has been correctly refound. Do I have to buy another swiss pass if I would use it for travel? What is the main reason of the cancellation?

I have tried lots of time to phone your service, waiting a long time but have never been connected to one of your assistants. Till now I have spent lots of money on calling you and it is really annoying. Could you give me another plan?
