Unable to purchase ticket with SBB App

Hello, 

The SBB App does not let me purchase a ticket. It states "there is no offer available for this connectoin/zone" and disables the "purchase ticket" button even though I had been using the app successfully for months. I have checked with my bank and my credit cards are functioning. I have tried with several different cards and none of them seem to work. 

Please help!

We are not aware of a general problem.

I recommend you to delete the app and download it again.
