Trying to get swisspass registration online

On the weekend I registered online for my swisspass.  Did ID & selfie via camera, everything finished with a green check mark.. and it said ok you can go back to SBB.ch

But nothing else has happened?

What should have / do I need to do it again, or go to a station?

Need a customer number to buy a 1/2price card to book a trip this weekend.

Please see a manned counter at the station in order to know if everything is alright with your registration. They are also able to issue a temporary Half Fare Card for the weekend in case of need. On this platform, we cannot help you any further as we would require more personal information. For privacy reasons and to protect your data, only the station or the SBB Contact Center can help: Tel. 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).
