Hello team, I would like to report a problem with the app. I use daily the start journey option and get a ticket generated. It happened more than once that the toggle moved back and no ticket was generated. I got a fine due to this issue. i am 100% sure i started the application but it seemed like I didn’t when I was asked for the ticket. Is there a bug with this application on IOS? I always buy tickets and I am sure here it is not a human error but an app error. What can I do in this situation?
