I am tried to buy ticket from Interlaken Ost to Luzern at 03.Nov.2017 by SBB mobile App.

But I can`t.

The offered massage is

Unfortunately is on the route between Interlaken Ost and Brünig-Hasliberg a worksite and you have to take the bus from Interlaken to Brünig-Hasliberg. I recommend you to buy the ticket at the ticket machine or at a counter.
