The half fare card not display in SBB mobile

Hello
I had been buy 2 Swiss half fare card before 2018/04/08
The order number is 122959199
But it doesn’t display on my SBB mobile APP until now
Why??

Hello Hsian

The command will not be visible on the application. The half-fare reduction is not automatically taken over by the application either. You can save the half-fare discount during the purchase process, when you arrive on the page "Ticket Selection" by clicking under "Edit Travelers".
